Pure Rituals — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pure Rituals account at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Pure Rituals.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm.

Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email (use this if you've already deleted the app)

Email rituals@purefrequencies.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include:

  • The email address you used to sign up
  • Your full name (if different from the email)

We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account email and password
  • Your saved forks and ritual preferences
  • Your ritual history and favorites
  • Any feedback or support messages tied to your account

What we may keep

We may retain a small amount of data for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons:

  • Anonymized analytics (no longer tied to your identity)
  • Subscription and payment records, where required by tax law (typically 7 years)
  • Records of communications, where required to defend legal claims

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription. To cancel, go to your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting your account.
